S.S.A.S - Second Saturday Art Studio!
Join MCA artist members for a monthly workshop of art making and play at The Brick Gallery from 10 am –12:30 pm.
Designed for ages 12+, Second Saturday Art Studio (SSAS) is a monthly art workshop where artists of all levels are invited to BYOP (bring your own painting supplies) and enjoy a serene studio session in our gorgeous gallery located in the heart of downtown Ocala. Leading artist Kay Deuben will have monthly props set up and will guide emerging artists with helpful tips & tricks to create your own little masterpiece. At the end of the session, artists will gather to discuss their creations in a positive critique session.
Fee is $20 per person, includes an 8x10" canvas, complimentary coffee, water and snacks, all in a beautiful gallery setting. We will have some supplies available for beginners. All artists are encouraged to bring their own materials of their preference. Saturday Studio begins promptly at 10am on the second Saturday of every month.
